What are the lease terms?
We offer 9 and 12 month lease terms based on availability.
What is the pet policy?
There is a $400 non-refundable pet fee per animal. Maximum 3 animals per home. No deposit or pet rent.
Do you offer employer discounts?
Yes, $250 off first month’s rent. We offer discounts to employees of Dell, Samsung, ISD’s, and Facebook. No other locator service can be listed.
How do I apply?
For your convenience you can apply on-line. Application fees are $50.00 per person, or $75 for a joint application.
What are your security deposits?
Our security deposit is $500 on approved credit (OAC) or contact us to find out about our Security Deposit Alternative, OAC.
How long will it take to process?
Once you have paid your application fee and completed the application we can generally complete the process within 48 to 72 hours.
What are the office hours?
Monday - Friday: 8:30AM - 5:30PM
Saturday: 10:00AM - 5:00PM
When is rent due/late?
Rent is due on the first of the every month. There is a grace period until the 3rd of the month. Late fees begin on the 4th.
Do you have reserved parking?
There is a garage for every townhome and duplex. You will find ample parking throughout.
